97 Prospect Housing
97 Prospect is a new seven-unit transit-oriented luxury housing building located near a planned subway station on the extension of Boston's Green Line. As the first new completed building in this transitioning neighborhood near Cambridge and Union Square, Somerville, it sets a modern tone for development in the area. The building includes underground parking, elevator, roof decks with views to the Boston skyline, balconies, rear decks, landscaped yard space and contemporary interior detailing such as the open riser stairways with treads made from recycled lumber salvaged from old beams.
